Bell Maple Therapy: a space for warm, insightful emotional support.
Bell Maple Therapy was founded on the basis that women deserve the right to find connection and calm within themselves, as well as within the most important relationships in their lives. Healthy mothers are a core component of a society’s stability; their impact on the next generation is remarkable. When mothers are well, they step into the roles they are meant to lead in their families and communities with confidence, creativity and self-trust.
Bell Maple Therapy:
Provides psychotherapy to meet the needs of modern women by providing evidence-based treatments to alleviate mental health symptoms
Offers specialized care to usher mothers through the emotions present during the major life phase of becoming a parent
Operates from the philosophy that everyone can heal, get better and grow through life’s challenges and changes
Therapy can be a powerful space for reflection, growth, and healing.

Contact Me
Taking the first step can feel hard. If you’re ready to reach out or simply want more information, I’m here. At times, it can be difficult to know what level of care is needed. Postpartum depression, anxiety and post-traumatic birth stress can be treated in my out-patient private practice (I offer both in-office and Telehealth apts). Almost 25% of American women experience this type of complication. Only 1% of American women experience Postpartum Psychosis, a serious complication in the postpartum, best treated though in-patient hospital settings. If you are confused about what level of care you need, I’m here to guide and assist.
